WHO WE AREThe Washougal Business Association (WBA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit made up of local business owners, leaders, and community partners who are invested in the success of Washougal. We represent a wide range of businesses, from small independent shops to established companies, all contributing to a strong and connected local economy. WBA exists to bring people together in ways that create real impact. We provide opportunities for business owners to connect, share ideas, and build relationships that lead to collaboration, visibility, and long-term growth. That connection is what helps strengthen not just individual businesses, but the community as a whole. Through networking events, workshops, business seminars, community gatherings, and ribbon cuttings, we support businesses at every stage. We also work closely with the City’s economic development team and the local school district to expand access to education, hiring opportunities, and workforce connections, helping support a more resilient and sustainable local economy. We also serve as a bridge between businesses and the community. Our member directory highlights local shops, service providers, and makers, while our newsletter keeps residents and businesses informed, connected, and engaged with what’s happening locally.
